North Pine Apartments

Christopher was very helpful in helping us get an apt lined up for my brother in law who was moving across the country. He answered all of our emails, calls, texts and questions. The apt was better than we expected, the North Pine Apt complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. My brother in law has been there for over a week and each morning he tells us "I like it more than yesterday, and I loved it yesterday". It's so peacful & quiet he wakes in the morning with 2 baby fawns and Moma in the court yard. He knows all the neighbors names, everyone is so friendly there! He called for a minor maintenance issue and he said they came right away and were very friendly. We really found a gem with this complex and management team!

I had an excellent experience working with Ashley, the apartment complex manager. Due to my work schedule, I was unable to make it during normal business hours, but Ashley was kind enough to schedule a tour outside of regular hours, which I truly appreciated. During the tour, she was extremely informative, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the amenities and features of the community. The property itself is in great condition—well-maintained and clearly cared for. I’m still a bit away from making a decision, but I will definitely be reaching out to Ashley when I’m closer to my time frame to move forward. I highly recommend this community and Ashley’s professional, accommodating service!
