Quiet and clean place. The management ( Don and Jen) are super professional, helpful and also very kind and understanding. I have not had a problem since I moved In. Parking is always sufficient. The rent price is very affordable. I recommend this complex
The management and maintenance at North Park is oustanding. They are kind & courteous and very attentive to anything you need. If something is broke, they will fix it. If you are having a problem of any kind, they will help you find a solution. It is a quiet neighborhood, which is great. The apartmemts themselves are very clean & prepared before you move in, and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to rent an apartment in Brenham.
Over priced monthly rent. They are now allowing anyone to move in just for rent dollars. Outside maintenance is ok but interior repairs upkeep not good.
Very clean and friendly apartments. Best location in Brenham! Highly recommend these apartments!
