South Land Title(Formerly Washington County Abstract) has been in business in Brenham for 61 years and Experience Matters! We closed on our home here in 2020 during a global pandemic when interest rates were 2.75% and EVERYONE was buying land out in Washington County! They were busy but, you could tell that SLT Brenham was the trusted title company in town! They have such a strong depth of experience Company wide! We sold our home in 2024 and closed here once again! Service is second to none! We love the SLT Family!
