I do not recommend this property based on my experience. I relocated from Iowa to Kansas City after being offered a “renovated” three-bedroom unit; however, the condition of the apartment did not align with reasonable expectations of that representation. The unit contained visible pest issues (including spiders and ants), uncleaned areas under the sink, and damaged cabinetry that was not properly secured. Additionally, the common areas and amenities advertised are either unavailable or inadequately maintained. The pool has reportedly not been operational for approximately two years, the fitness center lacks basic equipment, and maintenance staffing appears limited, resulting in delayed or insufficient repairs. warning others about my experience with this rental property. I rented it as a second residence due to its proximity to my kids’ home, and the availability of openings. However, I didn't have time to thoroughly inspect the place before moving in. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the property is poorly maintained. Tenants seem to leave trash everywhere, and the management changes frequently, with each new team appearing to do a worse job than the last. If you're desperate and have nowhere else to go, this might be an option. However, if you have other choices, I would strongly advise against wasting your money here.

Toured with the manager and she was very informative and professional. The property looked nice and had a lot to offer. You can tell there is a sense of community. While I’m still debating on my final move I wanted to share my experience in case others are looking for an apartment.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. I still have PTSD from my experience of living here nearly 10 years later. I don't hate much in life but I honestly hated this place. It is built poorly; riddled with a black mold that grows in the windows and exterior walls. Staff belittled my concerns, at times blamed me, demeaned me, and gaslit me. They said having to wipe excessive moisture from windows on a daily basis is "normal". That "play in the toilet" (rocking at the base) is normal. Maintenance traumatized our gentle dogs when we weren't there; I have never seen them react so negatively to a human being. Even higher up maintenance from the parent company were beyond insulting and unprofessional. When inspecting my windows he said, "I can tell you are an unhappy person." I replied that I
