The apartments are in relatively decent shape. However the A/C units are way to small for the size of apartment that they serve. Also the washers and dryers provided have seen better days. I had to run the dryer 3 times to get 1 load of wash done (and no I did not over load the dryer). The location is next to beautiful Covell Lake and within walking distance to the birdcage
The apartment are well priced. It is right beside Terrace Park and pool also the Premier Center. Every apt on the top level have a deck which i enjoy. There is a lake right behind the building so a cookout by the lake or fishing makes for the best weekend fun. And you dont even have to leave the house. Great price for the location.
