North Henderson Heights Apartments

They have double standards when it comes to their tenants. They will also say one thing to your face and something different behind your back. They claim that they try to help but then they tell lies and try to evict you for crazy reasons. They lie to the owner of the property and he doesn’t even care about anyone. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. If negative ratings were possible that’s what they would get.

The site manager ms. Bell/Hargrove is extremely rude and will not hesitate to put her hands on you then play victim. They will steal from you then when you make a complaint they will find a reason to evict you. They play favorites to certain tenants and not fix things in the apartments. The apartments floods often in the hallways and the apartments contain mold. They will not do anything about it.

The site manager Cynthia Hargrove is a sneaky and conniving person. She targets specific people (specifically younger people) and will come up with any reason to kick you out. She has other tenants watch your house and report to her, only to avoid them getting evicted themselves. I went to get my security deposit back and she called the police and gave me banned papers after the police got there ( and yes i recorded the whole thing) she also tried to attack me but thought better of it as there were witnesses around. The maintenance man Chuck who lives on the property (a 3 bedrooms with no kids and he has his own place off property) will go through your cabinets when he is supposed to be fixing things. They are very slow fixing things in your apartment, meaning it may be weeks even months b

The apartments are old and haven't been up graded in ages. You can even see the from the outside how apartments are falling apart. For example walls cracking, sinks coming apart , wood rot etc.... Nothing is being done to fix the apartments for the residents. The Apartment Manager doesn't care or show compassion towards the residents.

I have lived here for 20+ years. Some things have changed, but for the most part it is a okay place to live.
