St. Charles Place Apartments

I’m a tenant here. Been living here since August 2021 when they first open. The apartments are beautiful. They are not income based but do take section 8. They go by your annual income to decide whether or not you will get approved. If your annual income is not enough or is too much you may not get approved. The apartment complex is quiet for the most part. Smoke free complex, no smoking in the apartments. They do inspections every 3 months. The apartment manager is cool but strict at the same time. I love it over here.

It's become a very diverse group that are learning diffrent ways of life. For instance some people there find animals, like dogs not pleasurable,as we have them as pets. I spoke to a gentleman and he was mad about the dog jumping on his son. The was happy and licking on the boy. I had to explain that they our family to us we take them to get shots so not to infections from them. As well some sleep with us usually at our feet. They protect us. Long story short. I explained to him that if he was uncomfortable with the dog doing that he needed to say to the owner please put your dog on a leash kindly, as it is Allredy suppost to be. It's interesting to learn about diffrent ways of life. As in other country's dogs are seen as like rats here. They throw rocks at them kick them. They carry

So far so good. I tell you one thing they are very strict so if u can’t abide by there rules don’t come. Rules are awesome . It keeps the complex to-gather. House is checked every 3 months so you don’t have no time to keep your house dirty ( lol) If you got a man or women hid in the closet forget it u will be evicted. Point blank. Other wise I’ve been here since they open. Pretty inside. Management keeps to her self . Very humble and quiet 🤫 but she doesn’t play (lol) she inforce the Rules. I luv her tho. She’s not a busy body. That means a lot. I hope I’ve covered the most important.

The lady in the office she are very nice and a very lovely place to live at nice and quiet
