Seth is the associate who is assisting me with the lease I recently toured, he is really courteous and patient and provides 100% detailed explanations of all the facts. He has done excellent and commendable work. The homes are decent and have the sense of high-end flats. Although their quality makes the rent a little more expensive, they are giving away a few weeks of renting free, which is great. Overall, the experience was excellent. I once again appreciate Seth for his outstanding work.

The staff might seem friendly at first, but once you submit your application and pay the fee, communication stops. They don’t respond to emails or calls, and you’re left completely in the dark. It feels like they just take your money and disappear. I expected more professionalism and transparency from a place like this. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

My experience living here from past few months is great and they are very fast on maintenance requests.Its brand new community and building children’s park.Hopefully it completes in few weeks 🤞🤞

I moved into the property 2 weeks ago. I want to acknowledge the maintenance crew. They are amazing with the property upkeep and their quick services. : )
