Please beware of this builder! They are like a thief in the night! Debbie doesn’t need to have the title she has because she ain’t worth a darn! She needs to retire and give it up. They all will ignore you and reach out once you start posting reviews. They will take your money and will take their precious time fixing your home. My home was not finished when i received my keys March 3rd and has been left unfinished as of June 15th. I was told by Amber Bias and a few of the other workers my home was made poorly with cheap material and I shouldn’t have closed on this home with so much work to do! I was also told by Amber Bias to contact ROC because of all the issues I was having. After months being told walls would be corrected they told me they were not going to fix them! Please save your mo
Do not. I repeat - DO NOT buy a Century home anywhere in the country. Especially in Arizona. Their trades lack quality, they rush and sloppily put together homes, and the warranty process is absolutely horrible. The items you need fixed will never be properly fixed. You’re better off going to purchase an old 1980’s used home. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS.
0/10!!! would highly discourage anyone from buying a home from century. They are unresponsive after they receive your deposit, delays for over half a year with multiple missed close dates, home was incomplete on the walk through that THEY scheduled and if we didn’t sign and close we would be penalized heavily monetarily by the builder. Brand new home and check out the photos below, now four months into living here nothings been complete. AC unit has gone out twice and still not fully repaired. Second bathroom not usable since the day we moved in. Century told our water company that our house isn’t closing until fall even though we closed four months ago so we can’t get out water bill paid and it’s piling up. The list goes on and on. It’s been a nightmare to say the very least. It’s crazy t
"I was extremely disappointed with my experience. During the final inspection, so many things were still wrong, yet the builder pressured me to sign so I could move in that day. Now, years later, the biggest problem is that they never sealed the home properly. Insects—like cockroaches, crickets, and even a mouse—have gotten inside, causing a huge disruption in my life. What’s worse, the builder now refuses to fix anything since the one-year warranty has passed. I regret trusting them and feel completely let down. I would expect they make it right. Build a home right in the 1st place, but no. That is not what I have been shown the builder is about. Century Communities, please, I'm speaking to the choir when I say, please make things right for my home and countless others that deserve an act
Apparently, Century doesn’t provide their hard working construction workers porta potties. They charge so much for their homes but can’t manage to provide their workers somewhere to use the restroom? Is it because Century figures they won’t say anything? Or maybe they just figure they can take advantage of Landsea? Photos show no porta potties anywhere for their workers. UPDATE: And in response to the owner, you cannot confirm while sitting in your air conditioned office that there are restrooms for your workers. And taking advantage of Landsea’s porta potties does NOT mean Century has provided them with the “necessary facilities.” 08/19/2021 Since the owner denied the claim (even though I live in NCC and had photos to prove my point) I reached out to the Better Business Bureau right aft
