Very nice place to live . Management and maintenance are very friendly and caring of the residents. My father has lived here 13 years and my cousin 15 years. Feels like home.safe clean crime free place to live. Office staff are wonderful!

Beautiful townhomes and quiet place to live. The office girls and maintenance are amazing! I’m very happy that we are living here. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

I lived here for a few years, and so far maintenance does a good job responding to maintenance requests promptly, usually on the same day. When it snows, they shovel the sidewalks and the walkways leading up to the units quickly. Safety is kind of an issue here, mostly cars getting broken into, and some neighbors have ring doorbells now. There are suspicious vehicles that don't live here nor are they visiting anyone in the complex who just parks and sits in their cars for hours. No clue what they are doing, it's not public parking. Kids like to play/ride their bikes in the middle of the streets, where they can be easily get run over, looks like they don't listen at all. Also, it's annoying having to hear neighbors screaming/yelling profanities at each other probably due to marital problem

I've lived here for over three years. The office staff is respectful and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. If you need something fixed, it is taken care of the same day. The neighborhood is a great place for kids to play and there are plenty of them around. Overall, the rates of living here monthly are well worth the initial move in price.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and love it. The office personnel are respectful and answer questions quickly. There is an online portal where you can pay your carrying charges online, as well as request service. Maintenance staff respond to tickets quickly and they are very professional. Just to clear up some misconceptions, and comment on other people's reviews. This is a co-op, NOT like a typical rental. You buy a membership (hence the $5000+ fee to move in) and then you pay monthly carrying charges. Buying a membership means you get a say in how things work. There is a monthly board meeting, so if you have an issue, you can bring it up at the meeting. And, if you don't like how things are being run, you can even run to be on the board!
