North Branch Walk

My wife and I met with Shrithi last night to tour several of the larger townhomes, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Shrithi was an absolute pleasure to work with—warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire visit. The townhomes themselves were stunning, with spacious layouts and a variety of beautiful options to choose from. If you’re in the market for a new, larger townhome, you truly need to check them out.

My husband and I toured the townhome and I fell in love! The 3rd bedroom 2 full and 2 half bath with basement is HUGE! My husband also has an electric vehicle and they are able to put in an EV charger in the garage for us. Shrithi provided us with all the information we needed in order to move forward with our lease and move in date! The only thing I would recommend is having additional help. My husband was the first to visit the townhome with Zach and then we saw the townhome together with Jeri and finalized our lease agreement with Shrithi every single one of them were AMAZING. We have recently moved into North Branch Walk so still exploring the area and getting to know the neighbours however, what I would like to share here is the great collaboration with Shrithi Jayaram who has been very helpful and always happy to answer our questions from the moment we came to view the place. Our move in date has been delayed a couple of times, however Shrithi has been keeping us informed and provided answers to all of our questions. It was great to collaborate with her seeing her professionalism, smile and effort she has made to ensure we are happy with the process. It was very convenient to have her as single point of contact throughout the whole process. I would recommend Shrithi to anyone who considers relocation and finding their new home in North Branch Walk.

Beautiful development in a great location! Shri and Jeri have been very helpful and kind throughout the process. Their responsiveness and willingness to help has made it a very pleasant experience.

North Branch walk is a BEAUTIFUL complex. My boyfriend and I along with our dog were looking for specifically something spacious, safe, and affordable. We toured the two bedroom, two bathroom plus a den and immediately fell in love! If you’re considering North Branch walk, make the jump, you won’t regret it! Shrithi is THE BEST leasing consultant!! She will do everything in her power to make sure your experience is nothing but amazing! I don’t recommend using ANY other consultant other than her… Shrithi = the GOAT!
