This is my first apartment I have lived in since 18 and now almost 3 years. Management and maintenance are great and always very welcome, accommodating, and good people. Reviews about parking, sticks, etc people tend not to report, but just complain. Anytime I have had an issue I have reported and was fixed the next day, if not a week at absolute most. New pool pass system keeps rules in place. They are very spacious and affordable.

I am about to move but lived here since 2022. Great price and maintenance gets completed the same day never had any issue with them.

After nearly ten years, I've moved away from this location but I felt I could share my opinions. In all of my years the service for both repairs and requests has been prompt and satisfactory, and only one rent increase during that time. They offer rent payment and maintenance options online as well as communication if there are outstanding issues. Maintenance also was very understanding and cooperative for my schedule, a must since COVID has so many people working from home. They are also installing google fiber as of this review, which I sadly won't be able to enjoy. The one time pet fee (rather than monthly pet rent) saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. Spacious apartments, convenient location to grocery store, other shopping areas, parks, bike trails, gyms, and schools. This is an older complex, so some modern conveniences like security doors into buildings, cameras in parking lots, and visitors parking areas don't exist. Complex does have a pool. Kid and Pet friendly complex so if you don't like children or dogs this may not be the place for you. Would have given four stars out of five If laundry areas were updated.
