Our project started with a very real uncertainty of how we would reach the end goal of a home. I found Normandy and it was the best thing that could have happened to us. We had the best experience with everyone at Normandy. They were all so helpful and really worked as a team. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a lender that is quick and responsive. Normandy has been great to work with on my owner-builder project! This was the first house I've ever built and they coached me thru all of their documentation requirements (and my questions). Naturally, it took longer than initially planned and they were very reasonable to work with on the extension modifications I needed along the way. All around great staff, who are happy to help with any questions! If you need owner-builder financing, you need to talk to Normandy!

From the inception of my construction loan, Normandy has been very helpful in every way. They assigned an associate to assist me with all phases of the process. The entire review by Mortgage Broker Andrew McBryan is false. I am the Borrower being referred to in Mr. McBryan's review. He was unable to provided a satisfactory loan for me. I asked Normandy for assistance.They referred me to another Lender which quickly closed my loan, therefore saving my purchase. Nothing shady about that! I trust and highly recommend Normandy.
