Normandie Square Apartments

Would not recommend this place is a dump and I’ve had tons of maintenance issues and I’ve only been here for a year. Neighbors who’ve been there for ever feel entitled and will actually call the landlord and complain about the littlest things like taking there parking spot when there’s no assigned spots that’s just one of example. The building has some serious mold toxicity aswell you feel like shit and cough a lot if u don’t keep a window open. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

Landlords don’t care to uphold the lease terms when it comes to noise violations, working 60 hours a week and having to deal with an extremely loud family on welfare that never leaves their apartment as well as having to share a hot water tank with them is not it. Don’t waste your money here. They sell a story about how great everything will be and that things are getting renovated. You’ll go a month without appliances if they break, try contact to the landlords and you’ll go through a call center which 3 out of 4 times does not relay the message forward, Summer time the grass gets cut once a month literally the day rent is due, asinine: Rent increases every year when nothing is upgraded, changed, or even fixed. this place was amazing before it was sold by the previous owner, Powerplay par

SLUM LORDS! This is just our personal experience.. But I would NOT move in here. This complex was sold by the original owner to a company called PowerPlay Partners or Good Carbon Co...My boyfriend (who works overnights and is a volunteer fireman with grand island) and I had rented out Apartment 105, and we would have never imagined it would end like this. We lived here for a total of a little over a year. We wanted this specific apartment because it had a washer and dryer in unit, so we also paid more..It was very dirty when we first moved in, the drafts from the windows were horrible. Mix matched appliances (if they work) mix matched lighting and door fixtures. Everything is repainted white. Half the outlets do not work. Or are scary loose. The owner is a great guy. He is actively involved in the up keep. For the price you can't find anything better on the island. It's very quiet
