Truth be told I’ve only been Here maybe a month and we got moved into a place that could have killed us in the first place with the exhaust pipe having a hole in it and then turn around we had to wait three weeks before we got a new stove because the other stove wasn’t working and everything here is damn near either broken or not able to be used and we get told to put in work orders just for us to be questioned or told we’ll have to come out of pocket to get it fixed if it’s not an issue that resided prior, which truth be told all the issues been here before we even moved in, and we were told by the accountant that we should’ve never been moved into this property because it was not ready and then not to mention the disrespect and the attitude, and the fact that they talk about you to the o

I’m quite disappointed in (Norman Reality) on their professionalism and treatment towards my husband and I. To keep it short. I found a place I wanted and paid the application with my husband (Military) we told them about the inconvenience and that we in the property. And that we weren’t ready to sign the rent agreement because of these inconvenience where far to dangerous. And to top it off there was a sliding door that didn’t close in the property meaning anyone could come inside at night. They said ok we’ll fix it. 3 weeks went by and 2 more weeks and NOTHING was done. So one day my husband comes in to ask about it since I wasn’t taken seriously. I can’t say enough good things about Tasha! From the very first interaction, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. I was in a really difficult situation, and she handled everything with so much empathy and professionalism. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free—got me approved for an apartment on the spot, and I had my lease signed and keys in hand within a week! Norman realty have been great to us for the two years we’ve rented through them. The ladies in the office are always helpful, and we’ve had several experiences where they’ve gone above and beyond to offer assistance. I recommend Norman realty anytime I get a chance to, and will continue to do so anytime I talk with military families who are coming into the area!

Our experience on 3/15/25 was amazing the young lady in the front to the other lady. Very big help and walked us thru the whole process. I would highly recommend this company for any rental or buying a home. They will go over and beyond to help if they are able.
