I have lived in these apartments for several years and it has just been one problem after the next. There is ZERO communication when it comes to maintenance. The buildings are very old and not well kept. This has been a problem since day one of living here. They need to have better communication and reliable maintenance since the buildings aren't in the best shape. In the 4yrs I've lived here they have still never actually fixed the issue with my shower. It's better than nothing I suppose but they need to do a lot of work to make this place somewhere that I would recommend someone to live.
Monie Reed and Paulina are amazing people. Helped me with the process and getting my apartment today. Hoorah
I love my apartment and my landlord Moni Reed has taken care of me and helped me throughout this whole process of renting and adulthood! Love her and very grateful!!!
