Vance and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and spent a lot of extra time working with me and explaining things that I did not understand. He is extremely up front and honest and detailed in his explanations. He has a high degree of integrity. Now that realtor fees are negotiable, different realtors, as I found out, charge wildly different fees. Vance charged a very reasonable fee and did a fantastic job and there were no hidden or unexpected fees. I would highly recommend Vance and his team to anyone without reservation.
