Very unpleasant experience. We made a touring appointment through our agent to tour a property Julie is the listing agent for. We arrived on time, but the seller refused to show us. When my agent called Julie, the response from her was that she has received quite a few offers in hand already so she doesn’t care if we get to see the house or not anymore. We did not end up seeing the house at all even with a confirmed appointment. I’m not sure if that’s the professional way to handle this.

Julie might be the rudest realtor I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Refused to show us a home when we traveled over an hour to tour it. Avoid her at all costs as she is very unprofessional.

I met Julie about five years ago when she sold my mom’s home La Mirada. Her professionalism, knowledge and warm personality were very impressive. When it came time time to sell my aunt’s home in Cypress several months ago, I immediately contacted Julie. Not only did she provide advice on how to ready the property to get the best price in a fluctuating market, she put in countless hours working on the repairs herself. The repair people she hired were very professional as well. I was also very impressed by her availability and always getting back to me quickly when I had a question or concern. For all of the above (and more), I highly recommend Julie!

Julie was phenomenal as a realtor! We met by chance as I was calling to ask about a rental that she was overseeing. Unfortunately that rental was already taken, but once I told Julie more about our family she immediately started to help us. Our family had no idea how much you need a realtor, even for a rental, and Julie was quick to make sure we saw the houses that we were interested in. She communicated whenever the other realtors had questions about our application or if we were interested in applying for other homes. We didn’t think we’d find a home until July (we started looking in April) but Julie helped us find our dream home in less than a month! She is an amazing realtor and I recommend her for all your buying and rental needs!

Julie is truly amazing! She walked us through the whole process step by step. I could text her anytime day or night and she got back to us as quickly as possible. She answered all questions very thoroughly and was always so friendly! She went above and beyond to help us get the best deal on our house and made us so happy to work with her.
