I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Norcross Crossing deserves attention. After having my move-in date pushed back three times, I expected my unit to be spotless and fully prepared. Instead, I walked into a space that was clearly not cleaned or made ready—an unacceptable oversight after so many delays. The leasing professional who moved me in showed no accountability and was passive when I raised concerns. I asked to speak with a manager, but only the assistant was available. While I was assured the issues would be resolved, the lack of urgency and ownership was disheartening. Moving is stressful enough. This place is horrible. I was suppose to move in 5/31/2025 . Had to stay in a hotel because the apt was so bad. Tree , on my porch. my porch in apt had not been painted and still hasn't. There is a water spot leaking from the living room ceiling since move in. The dishwasher has been broken since move in. It smells and bugs all in the kitchen. There is mold everywhere. Both bathrooms have mold, holes in the walls, shower/tub mold, paint chipping, floor coming up, sinks dont work, windows are broken with mold. There is a huge rat in the apt. The floors are old, mold, lifting amd dangerous. They do fix anything but will add additional fees. We pay $25 monthly for trash that never gets picked up. It took 3 months to get a trash. Please never move here. You life and health depends on it. I wa

I appreciate the professionalism from Joseph Leaf! He was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding the process of transition from a home to apartment living! If I could give no stars, I would. DO NOT live here!!! The staff do not help solve any problems. There are roaches everywhere, and bed bugs. The trash is always overflowing into the parking lot, with rats all around at night. Nothing ever gets fixed. There’s mold in the bathtubs. It’s an overall terrible place to live!

The apartments are big in size and the prices are great, but the management and maintenance are the worst, the living environment is disgusting trash, rats, and giant pot-hole when you come in, and the leasing office reps are horrible.
