Absolutely the most Atrocious customer service I have seen in 46 American states and 4 countries. Joe Lacey was a nice representative his acting branch manager on the other hand is pompous arrogant and disrespectful. His communication skills are lacking. His knowledge of the various loan fields and experience is lacking. This branch needs to be put through audit for customer service on a board review level at minimum. This business for its inferior ethics and moral and conversation skills will alsoe reported to the bbb yelp and corporate. I hope that others find they’ve had a better experience but I would suggest searching for a better loan group with more tact and poise. Awful experience. Found out from our realtor that our mortgage person, David, who is a Vice President did everything last minute and missed a deadline for something. Found out at 5pm the day before we move that we weren’t going to be able to close on our house yet we had to move out of our current house. “Don’t worry. We’ll take care of you.” My two boys, husband and myself had to stay in a hotel for two days, we had to keep our dog in daycare a couple extra days, eat take out, and hire movers twice. “Don’t worry we’ll take care of you.” Meanwhile 7 months later we have been ghosted by this company. I’m pursuing legal action. We have it IN WRITING that they would reimburse our cost. These people are POS.

This branch manager has no respect for customer service or product knowledge. He called a phone line of some one whom he does not know nor has had previous dealings with in a very distinct and arrogant line of questioning and ignorance. The young man had absolutely no level of eloquence nor restraint of impulse. He was ignorant to the principle at hand and the questions directed to the company prior to this call made no mention of any of the those questions. Instead of reviewing and debriefing of product knowledge and loaning capability and options he began with an all out invasive approach to conversation in a borderline integrative manner full of his own conjecture. I would suggest to any and all looking for a loan company that there are way better people to work with that will treat

What a pitiful experience. I had a loan officer with "over 30 years experience" yet EVERYTHING was sent to me last minute and it had to be done immediately! In spite of the fact that I had contacted them many times during the process asking if there was anything I could do. Closing date was pushed back multiple times due to ineptitude. Come to find out, most of my last minute crisis' could have been accomplished when I was asking them what I could do to help. This is not even the best part. Now I am three months into my mortgage. The first thing they did was sell my mortgage to another company, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, who has a terrible history. I was trying to avoid them at all costs! Honestly wish I could have used this place. I heard great things from my realtor but felt like i was bothering Lorna everytime I called.I would wait days for return phone calls. Maybe other people get priority or I didnt know something but i would strongly recommend you look some where else if you are trying to buy a house.
