Accepted our full asking price offer but allowed other bids during the 3 day grace period. Canceled contract after 2 days because someone came in higher. Our buyer's agent said that they have never seen a seller use this tactic before to lock in one offer while still holding out for something better. Buying a home is stressful enough without people like this.
