I had to call and ask what is up with my offer because I seen it as pending online. Once i called, realtor did not know what was up at first. Got a call back and found there was a multiple offer situation. Was I ever going to be told? I then went through the hoops and finally was able to give my highest and best offer. I've been in real estate for over 20 years and this is the worst I've seen. Other mishaps happened but to end it all, I never received all the keys .... only the front door. I even had to buy a new mailbox. I should have found my own Realtor instead of relying on the Aguirre Team to assign me representation. Be advised .... get your own Realtor!
