Horrendous! The property I viewed is terrible and nothing like the description. And I quote "MODERN APPLIANCES" is stated as to what is special about the place. The stove/oven is at least 30 years old, if not older. They also mention "functioning cabinetry" as something special. 🥴 That's...special? That the cabinets work as opposed to existing for decor. Okay. Three times they canceled on me to see a place. THREE. The last time, the person sent an email at the time of the tour, literally 5:55pm on the dot and canceled. Didn't even APOLOGIZE. She tried to get me to reschedule through communication with her so the company wouldn't know. But I didn't reschedule through email communication, I went back to the link. *I wanted to add to this already negative review with some more negative because they left me with one last bad taste in my mouth. Per their email regarding how to vacate the property, I needed to drop off all keys to their office via a drop box. They indicated that the drop box was to be labeled nomadic real estate and they also did not say there was any special way to access it other than it being available on the side of the entrance on the day I vacate (today). I show up to do so on the correct day and with all items properly labeled as they requested. Their drop box was inaccessible, not labeled so I’m not even sure if it’s theirs, and nobody was answering the phone to help me. They managed my apartment last year and they were absolutely the most unprofessional, incompetent, and unhelpful people individually and as a whole. Our toilets both stopped working and they took over a WEEK to respond to the request. The fridge also stopped working in the middle of the pandemic lockdown and they did not deem that as an "emergency" and took over a week for that as well. They didn't even inform the landlord that we had moved in and when I was in the apartment, the landlord just walked in and he was equally surprised to see me as I was to see him. Absolute garbage company. They will make your life hell. Do not rent an apartment managed by these people, please, do yourself a favor. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely horrendous people. Save yourself months of headaches and thousands of dollars they will try to scam you out of.
