Nolina by Johnson Land Ventures

My husband and I love living in Nolina. We were looking for a home where we could expand our growing family and also be in a nice area. Hannah and everyone else have been so welcoming and they always have fun activities for families. The pool is nice for the hot summer months and my toddler loves the splash pad and the park. The gym Is my favorite place to be! We are loving our new home and it has been a joy getting to know some of the people in the community.

Nolina is a great community! We love all the amenities and the fun activities that are planned by our wonderful Director of Fun, Hannah. We have met so many neighbors and made lasting friendships. It is a great community to live in.

Great new community. Its very quiet and tranquil.

We recently moved into the Nolina community and we are thrilled with our new neighborhood. The Wildflower amenities center is beautiful, with a huge pool, meeting room and exercise room. The outdoor playground and splash pad are also a great feature for the kids. I also love that there are activities so we can meet our neighbors!

My husband & I simply fell in love with the community when looking to buy our first home. Its still far enough away from the city to enjoy the beautiful countryside views. The amenities are great & we can't wait to enjoy them in the summer time!
