Nobel Court

I’ve had such a positive experience living in this apartment community. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and friendly. The maintenance team is especially outstanding, they’re incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to David and his team, who went above and beyond during my move-in and while I was getting settled. He and his team were prompt, kind, and made sure everything was taken care of, which made the transition so much smoother. Yvonne in the leasing office is also so friendly and helpful. She’s always approachable and willing to answer questions, and you can tell she truly cares about the residents here. I’m really grateful to be part of such a well-run community.

Wow, these apartments complex are amazing! Gorgeous views, and the people living and working here are so kind and friendly didn't see one ugly face (lol). The property is so well maintained. It's pet friendly so friendly that it has a amazing park inside for them. And for those athletes out there it has a nice large enough pool and volleyball court! It seems that you are leaving a luxurious complex and paying a fraction on what it cost. Oh I almost forgot it also has a picnic area, as well under ground parking space.

I have lived at Nobel Court for a little over three years now and have truly enjoyed my time here. The community is quiet, comfortable, and always feels like a nice place to come home to. The property is decorated beautifully and honestly feels more like a hotel than an apartment complex. The hallways are always clean and well maintained, which really makes a difference day to day. The common areas are also great. The gym and shared spaces are clean and well kept, and the office regularly hosts holiday and community events that make the place feel welcoming and connected. Parking has never been an issue for me, which is a huge plus, and the gated community adds an extra sense of security and peace of mind. Been here for about 7 months now and I love the property! I remember falling in love with the place when I had my first tour and immediately applied. I’ve had units snatched from me after tours in the past so I wasn’t going to risk it with this beauty. Also, maintenance is FAST. I tip my hat to Martin for being prompt whenever I put in a request! Highly recommend

We’ve been living here for about 7 months and it has been a very smooth journey overall. The apartment itself is very updated and has wonderful amenities. We have hardly had to ask for maintenance help but when we did, David was very helpful and got the job done! 10/10 we love it!
