Unfortunately, my experience living in this complex has been mostly negative. The building often smells strongly of marijuana, especially in the hallways and common areas, which is unpleasant and concerning. Even more troubling is the lack of security—doors are frequently propped open, allowing easy access to the building, which makes me feel unsafe. That said, the staff is really nice and courteous, and I appreciate their professionalism. Overall, these ongoing issues have significantly affected my comfort and sense of security, and I would not recommend this complex to others.

Highly do not recommend applying here. No response, no application update. Iliana and Sha’aron are the absolute worst. Applied originally first week of January. A month later I have made no progress on application. Spent 100s for application sent over 5 various proof of income verification yet no update no communication, nothing. Please save your time and do not apply here. Management is no good.

Fake luxury apartment complex. The guy who gave us the tour really tried to sell this whole “luxury living” experience, but after living here for two years, that couldn’t be further from the truth. The only thing luxury was the price. $2,100 for a small one bedroom apartment with neighbors who constantly reeked of weed and dogs that have zero training. Dogs running up on me barking was a weekly occurence. Definitely not worth it! The place attracts some of the trashiest people. There’s garbage everywhere, especially in the garage stair area. The elevators constantly smelled like wet dog and dog pee because people let their dogs relieve themselves inside and don’t even bother to clean it up. I can’t count how many of my Amazon packages were stolen from the garage. I eventually had to start

The maintenance staff Ninety 7 Fifty deserve recognition. They are wonderful, friendly, and consistently professional. Requests are handled promptly, and they always take the time to explain things and make sure the job is done right.

We paid over $350 in application and related fees and regret it. After submitting everything requested, we were repeatedly asked for new documents over several weeks. Every time we complied, another requirement was added. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no sense of urgency to actually process the application. The process felt like a constant runaround. Weeks went by with no resolution while they continued asking for more. In the end, we were left without an approval, without clear answers, and without our money back. If you’re considering applying here, be prepared for delays, shifting requirements, and poor communication. Get EVERYTHING in writing before paying any fees.
