Our Condominium Association Board recently voted to have an large assessment for major repairs. The Owners were not given a chance to vote. The Board just ignored our Bylaws. Park Management went along with this. We were told that the lawyer said it was legal. Never did Park say the Boards actions go completely against the Bylaws that are there to protect the owners. I would not recommend Park as a management company for anyone. If the Owners want someone that can protect them from the Board, Park is not the one to hire. Doesn't give me an option for ZERO STARS.

As both a resident and board member of Grafton 1 condominiums, I would like to recognize the outstanding work of our PPMS manager Sheila Witek. Sheila is always professional, responsive, efficient and pleasant to residents and board members. Sheila is terrific with the difficult task of budgeting, which is all so important to overall operations. Maybe the best reflection of her outstanding work is the interactions that take place at out quarterly open meetings. Attendees regularly express their satisfaction and appreciation of PPMS and the board, which is largely due to Sheila's performance as described above.
