Nines at Lakeside Apartments

I am retired and single again after a lot of years of living in my own home. This is my second apartment complex, the first was in North Carolina quality of this building, and the management team far surpasses the North Carolina experience. As I looked for an apartment here this one stood out for size and quality compared to a half a dozen othersI looked at. For quality and price. The Nines are tops.

SCAM!!! ROACH INFESTATION!!! READ√ From this experience I don't think we will be renting from chambers and associates ever again since they own 47 other plus apartments in Arizona, we had rented from them once again this time without acknowledgment that there is many different apartments by them like we didn't know this before, I believe like 47-50 properties. FROM OUR EXPERIENCE,DON'T RENT HERE. Corporate and management are horrible you don't understand we have never dealt with such a rude apartment complex management before and corporate TOO. they are the definition of fake, when I say that they are unprofessional, that isn't even a word for it .. they are constantly bullying and harassing tenants For minor things. They like to accuse and take deposits and lie about damages to charge you

The Staff are always Consistent and prompt with services. Maintenance is very efficient and gets the job done with barely recognition that they already visited. Karla and Sam at the front desk are amazing!! I wouldn't be surprised if they were promoted by the time I re-new my lease!

Worst place to live! They tricked us and showed a nice remolded unit then after we signed the lease gave us a torn up unit with the bathrooms falling apart. Maintenance was always rude or smoking cigarettes in front of units. They also all live there for free. Management alway Dismissed all my safety concerns and the pond that surrounded the lake rinks when it rain, gets up to 3ft and it sits there for weeks. Turns black and moldy Kids are always falling in. It’s definitely a big concern for many residents with young children. Rudeness from the property manager made me end my lease. Constantly getting flipped off. Just wrong. Don’t live here if you have a weak stomach and don’t want problems or roaches. Wow! What a beautiful apartment complex. Thanks to Sam for showing us around. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The grounds are so clean and well kept. I look forward to relaxing by the lake!
