I toured these apartments, and I have to say the leasing agent (Stephen)was truly amazing he was so so welcoming and very attentive to all of the questions that I had! I came twice and felt very at home. Not once was, I rushed, even though I scheduled the tour last minute. The property was well maintained. The one bedroom I saw was spacious and well designed. The balcony is spacious and sliding glass doors to the balcony do a great job of canceling the city and street noise. You won’t even notice from inside your home .

I want to send a big shoutout to Alex and Mr. Bharatt for taking excellent care of us with our recent maintenance request for our dryer. They went above and beyond to make sure our request was resolved before the holidays, with a smile. They're always friendly and they make sure to keep the area where they worked clean. We couldn't ask for better staff or location at Nine15! And can't go without mentioning Granvers, Jaylen, Maurice, Stephen, Shayla, Jay & Brandon, who make this an amazing place to live - everyday!

I had a showing scheduled here for 1 pm that I made last week to take a look at an apartment. Since I’m a punctual responsible adult, I left home early just in case there was traffic so that I would arrive on time as a sign of respect to the person giving me the tour. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I told the lady at the desk I don’t mind waiting at all since I know they might have other things scheduled. However my appointment time came and went, and I’m still sitting here wondering if they forgot about me. 10 minutes past my appointment time the front desk lady checks back with me and told me the leasing agent is still eating lunch in the room but will be out soon. At this point I told her that I would have to reschedule for another time because my appointment was at 1. If this tim

I’ve been here for a week and half so far but the experience has been beyond wonderful, from our amazing leasing agent Steve to the Concierge Desk’s hospitality and the wonderful neighbors who added us to the Group Me Pet Club. I am beyond amazed at everything this place has to offer, it’s like a match made in heaven for us. I look forward to enjoying my stay here and renewing my lease once it’s over.
