Nightingale Apartments

I have had a fantastic experience living in this building! The apartments are modern, spacious, and extremely well maintained, and the property is consistently clean and thoughtfully managed. The amenities are a valuable addition — the gym is well equipped and maintained, and the shared working space is quiet, spacious, modern and functional. I have yet to fully utilize the courtyard and rooftop given the winter but I’m looking forward to the warm weather to try out both of them. Will and Jen (management) have gone above and beyond — they are extremely responsive, professional, and reliable. Overall, this has been an incredibly phenomenal living experience, and I would confidently recommend this property to anyone seeking a high-quality apartment in Providence.

I have been living at Nightingale for 4 months, and it has truly been an incredible experience. When I initially came to look at my apartment, I needed to do mold testing due to a medical issue I am dealing with. Will, the leasing agent, was so kind and accommodating, allowing me to obtain the sample I needed. Unsurprisingly, the unit and bldg passed the test with flying colors, and I moved right in. Since then, I feel so at home. My unit is beautiful- so new and well maintained! The bldg itself is lovely- there are some wonderful perks including a rooftop deck and a gorgeous second floor community space that is indoor/outdoor- and has great furnishings as well as a gas fire pit and grills. I really enjoyed living at Nightingale. Very welcoming and helpful management. Unfortunately I had to move out quite urgently due to personal matters, but the management was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process - thank you Will and Jennifer! The building is very clean, with great amenities, close to everything! The apartments are spacious and nicely styled. The best place to live in Providence!

Nightingale offers a safe and friendly environment to live in right in the heart of Downtown Providence. Everyone who works for the building is very kind and helpful, and the residents are great. Would recommend to anybody looking to move downtown!!

I have been living at Nightingale since April 2022 and it's been a wonderful place to call home. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, with high-quality appliances and fixtures. The building has a great gym and other convenient amenities, and the location in the heart of Downtown is perfect. The entire staff is very responsive and helpful, and I especially appreciate all of my interactions with Will, who greets you at the desk and is a first point of contact for leasing. He is warm, professional, and personable, and has a high attention to detail. Highly recommended!
