Do not let your vulnerable Seniors live in this building. The building is infested with rodents and as of today, December 15th, 2025 the heat is barely working forcing vulnerable residents to use their ovens to heat their apartments.

Been here for 16 years and this building has days when we can't get things done. I had a problem on Saturday. A maintenance emergency problem. We are supposed to have a on-call maintenance person, and I've been waiting over 2 hours for them to come and stop a leak in hallway which is running into my apartment. Carpet is soaked. Now when mold sets up in my Carpet I'm sure they are not going to change it. They are doing everything they can now to get it back the way it use to be. Now we have gates around the complex so unwanted people can't get in that's not suppose to. Mail room still a problem, but they are working on it. Still a problem with bugs though. In the summertime too much drugs selling around building. Not safe.

False advertisement on VOA web page. WELCOME TO NICOLLET TOWERS. Conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, Nicollet Towers is home to families, older adults, and people with disabilities. They discriminate and harass tenants that are elderly, women with children, and people with disabilities. If they don’t like you they will create lies and try to evict you. Management is lazy and they commit fraud. Units stay empty for years. Hallways and apartments infested with bed bugs, roaches and mice. They will blame you for the infestation and will again do anything in their power to evict you. Stay far away from this place as possible.

This place has gone downhill over the last 5 years. I have been in the elevator with an obvious odor of urine that has lasted for weeks and not been cleaned up. Management has also severely reduced services for elderly residents which used to be performed by their maintenance staff. Biggest perk is that they provide a way to get Russian language television!
