Nico Terrace Apartments

Worst apartments ever. Never consistent with property managers, always switching without notice. I only stayed for a year & it was the worst year of my life. The rent was cheap but you get what pay for. There’s always trash & litter all over the property. Even the dumpsters are always overfilled with trash falling out. Random furniture sitting everywhere. Not to mention in the winter time they do not shovel the walkways or the parking lot of the snow & ice causing residents to slip & fall everywhere. The day I turned my keys in, I had to knock on the window of the leasing office because the ladies had the door locked & were pretending that they weren’t in the office. I literally had to ask the lady to come & do my walkthrough to ensure that I would receive my deposit back & she stated that

BEWARE!!!Lordy, Anxiety, Depression thru roof living here...3 different property managers in 5 month span....Will not properly fix things, Roach Infested, Ghetto, Unsafe, Nice folk until they get your money IGNORE ALL CONCERNS!! Heck My Apartment DOESN'T HAVE NOT 1 SMOKE DETECTOR..........MISLEAD, TRICK YOU INTO SIGNING LEASE THEN GOVE YOU RAGGEDY OUTDATED APARTMENT.....P.S. IM NOT ON ASSISTANCE PAY FULL RENT AND IM TREATED THIS WAY.....These photos are after I Cleaned the best I Could They didn't paint or clean inoperable cabinets floors separated from walls ...I DID NOT SEE APARTMENT UNTIL MOVE IN DAY THEY PLAYED GAMES WILL NOT PROPERLY FIX ANYTHING AND OWNER RESPONDS ON HERE BUT ONCE YOURE AN TENANT ITS A WRAP NOTHING.... REMIND YOU I JUST MOVED

Ive been here officially two weeks And you all have a major roach infestation problem, which is causes me anxiety, I have a dog in the unit to think about as well, i don't feel comfortable cooking in the kitchen cause roaches come out the stove, & they be all around the sinks. Yes I've contacted the property management already which they refused to help me with either a rent reduction, or changing my lease to short term. You alll need a professional tech in these units like "Orkin pest control" As a tenant I know my rights & I will seek help elsewhere this is an uninhabitable living situation.

I stopped by Nico Terrace yesterday to inquire about the qualification requirements for a rental, and I was greeted by Shonkel. She was full of energy, very welcoming, and extremely helpful. The property looks amazing—clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. Overall, it was a great experience.

If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. This place is trash. My mom lived there for a year and they never maintained anything. Overflowing trash , snow and ice never removed, people pissing in the parking lot, i'm glad I got my mom out of there before half of your guys building burnt to the ground. I wish the whole thing would have. What a roach infested trap. For the people saying that this is good, I beg to differ. Don't rent from this place ever ever ever.
