Based on my experience, I have no bad reviews. Only once did the unit above me make a lot of noise, but they have since been evicted. The staff is friendly, especially Kayla and Brooklyn, as well as Eisha and Dina also. When I have an issue in my unit, maintenance responds promptly. The area is not bad, though there are some homeless people wandering around. Overall, the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I am a real person giving a real review based on my personal experiences. Pictures at the bottom show how my unit is coming along. I have been here for three months.

I had such a wonderful experience with this apartment community. From the very beginning, the management team made me feel genuinely welcomed, respected, and cared for. Esha, Dina, Brooklyn, and Kayla are truly amazing, kind, patient, professional, and always willing to help. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

This place has had serious issues the entire time I have been living here. Management turnover is insane, I can name at least 11 different managers that have worked here and then mysteriously disappeared after a couple months with no acknowledgment for the tenants. The buildings themselves have several accessibility violations. Per the ADA requirements for multi-family housing units intended for residential use, they violate the following: There is no clear and visible signage indicating the location of accessible entrances. The automatic doors do not operate and the main entrance button itself is hidden behind a large planter. The force required to open interior and exterior entrance doors, trash rooms, the bike room, laundry room, amenity spaces, and both “accessible” restrooms exceeds 5

Anonymous Review I started my lease back in May as a first-time renter, and living here has had its challenges. The cons outweigh the good parts of this place, and I just wouldn't recommend it. TLDR: this place is dirty, has an unsafe surrounding area, and it sucks. To start, when I first moved in, my apartment was not ready, and I had to wait close to 5 hours for it to be cleaned. The cleaners did a very mediocre job, and the room was still filthy and dirty. Management gave me the cold shoulder regarding their miscommunication, which brings me to my next point about how bad the management team is at these apartments. It is next to impossible to catch management in the office or on the phone during their business hours when you need to speak to them regarding an issue. They are super fr

*DON'T MOVE HERE* This apartment is absolutely terrible. Lived here for two years and everything was fine until they switched management. The new team is horrible. From stolen packages, fires being started causing major water damage from the sprinklers to bullets being shot into my apartment. My apartment was shot into and instead of Jessy the apartment manager asking if I was okay, she completely blamed me for the incident. DO NOT MOVE HERE, if you value you safety, money and time.
