I’ve been living in my new build for almost 5 years. This past summer I had to pay $2,000, because the ac contractors didn’t seal close the coil on my unit when they first installed it and it leaked refrigerant. When you call the company, they refer you to the ac company, and of course they did nothing. They didn’t even want to offer me a discount to repair THEIR mistake. Insane.

This is our third home with your company I only buy your homes mainly 1987 and on as we are always pleased and very proud to live in your constructed homes always a wonderful experience never an issue solid fine construction always blessed. Gina and Steven Sanfilippo Easton Pa

As a real estate professional with over 40 years of experience in the Lehigh Valley, I have had the privilege of working with many home builders, both large and small companies. While I have great respect for all builders who contribute to our community, I want to take a moment to commend Zawarski and Sons Construction Company for their exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to quality.

Purchased a "model home" in Nov. 2023 and already have had toilet overflow issues that caused water damage to bedroom carpet and in the garage ceiling where it all leaked. Emails to builder and their office go unanswered. Primary shower pan squeaks and bends and construction manager advised that any work on it would void the pan warranty. REALLY? Guess it's time to contact my attorney and BBB. Already know of other neighbors with similar issues and same results from builder, "not my problem" attitude. Do your proper research before purchasing a Zawarski home.

Subpar builder, cut many corners when building my home 2 years ago that we are now paying the price for. Including issues with how the dishwasher piping was installed, the water heater, the furnace, the wooden beams (mold) in our basement, and the ceiling/roof of our home. Not to mention that they were behind schedule, failed to communicate the delays, and delivered the house in horrendous shape! Dust everywhere!
