NFC AMENITY MANAGEMENT

NFC manages the Pullman in Denver CO. The staff they hire are really what drives the sense of community here. In particular, Amillia A has always gone above and beyond for residents, knowing everyone by name (and their dogs!), going out of her way to help residents, and always has a smiling face and friendly attitude. She worked here years ago, and I know so many residents were thrilled to have her back at the Pullman. She's someone everyone knows they can trust and rely on. We're so glad to have her here!

The recent interaction with NFC Amenity has been nothing short of a cautionary tale in the annals of corporate misconduct and ineptitude. From the onset, it became glaringly apparent that the employees of this company were woefully ill-equipped to handle even the most rudimentary tasks associated with their purported line of work. Their lackadaisical attitude, coupled with a glaring deficit in professionalism, was a stark reminder of the perils of entrusting critical services to entities bereft of competence and integrity. Not only did NFC Amenity fail to deliver on the most basic tenets of their service agreement, but their actions bordered on the egregious. NFC amenity management mismanaged our best trainer at Lyon Living in Long Beach , CA. They didn’t pay her on time , sometimes delayed payment up to 1 month, plus they didn’t show up to in person meetings and were very unprofessional with their communication. Our best trainer left due to their lack of professional and accountability. I would NOT recommend NFC amenity management to anyone living in a luxurious apartment complex and I’d question the apartment management company that hires them in the future , maybe they do it to save cost.

The property I live at is currently under NFC's portfolio, The Pullman in Denver - and I have to leave a review of 5 STARS+ due to the amazing concierage, Amillia. The events / sponsorships she gets for the events at our property is beyond amazing (have no idea how she does it) - and hope that she will be a valuable member of the building as long as I live there!!!

NFC in my experience working for the company has been the best job yet (doubt there is a more simple and easy job out there to be honest, our oldest remaining coworker called the job "my nest" expecting to stay as long as possible). The work done is nothing to complain about and management is constantly going their way to accommodate your schedule and if possible fill you in for extra hours in the case of a part timer. Over a year in Atlantic City location and I cannot share any cons as of now. Easy to move up and if you're also interested, you can even fill in at nearby company locations which is always an option. Highly recommend it.
