Townsmen has been managing our association for nearly 15 years, and that alone should say a lot! The folks at Townsmen are a very dedicated bunch of people who will always do what is right. Townsmen Properties LLC is the property manager for our condo association in Asbury Park. It is important to note that we are a tiny association comprising only seven units. The building itself is a 100+-year-old late-Victorian house that has been converted into condos. As you can imagine, there are a multitude of small and large issues (stemming from the age of the structure or half-measures taken in the past) that spring up at unexpected times. Any time we have experienced a problem--including in the middle of the night and on holiday weekends--Townsmen has responded quicky and taken steps to solve it.
