I highly recommend Ney Briggs as a Real Estate Agent! Ney helped me find and negotiate the purchase of my condo during the COVID-19 quarantine this spring. She made the process easy for me! Ney gave me a list of possible homes based on the criteria I gave her. She scheduled the showings, helped me make my decision by listing pros/cons of each home and when I made my decision, she helped negotiate a fair price quickly. After my earnest money was paid, the sale closed in eight (8) days!
