Worst thing to happen to Berkeley county....good luck leaving your neighborhood. This place is a joke I would have rather they left the "protected" wetland. Plus you better hope your home doesn't end up in a sinkhole since they just filled in the swamp and slapped houses in there.

Friendly neighbors, convenient shopping, tolerable commute that will hopefully improve when current road work is completed.

Built a forever home here five years ago, what a mistake!!! Over crowded, and poor planning. Roads are a death trap, lawsuits have already happened because of the poor leadership and because the developers only care about $$$$$$$$$.... People have died on Nexton Blvd because of the poor planning by the developers and leadership!!! And because of the people who have been killed, the lawsuits have already increased our fees. It does not have the proper traffic flow and now on a two way road the developers are building a huge school that will make traffic even worse!

Everything! The many areas to walk and exercise. The close proximity to all you could need in reference to grocery stores, and dining etc. The beautiful esthetics of all the surrounding areas. The safety aspect as it appears to be a very safe place to live.

No "real" trails, inadequate roads, bad traffic, too many rental properties. I've been to other master planned communities that are far better than Nexton. Maybe in 10 years it will be nice, but not yet. Don't believe the hype.
