We have had NextHome Realty show and sell 2 houses for my wife and I. My wife's mother passed away and we contacted NextHome Realty (Curtis Siever) to advertise and show her house. With-in a week, we had a buyer and went to settlement on her house with-out any issues. Then my wife and I decided to move and we need to sell our house.. We contacted NextHome Realty (Curtis Siever) again to advertise and show our house. We had a Country Colonial on 5 acres of land. With-in 2 weeks we had a contract. The house passed all inspections but 1 week prior to settlement the buyer lost his job and the contract was cancelled.
