Purchasing a home through this company is the most tedious, stress inducing processes you can go through. Patrick will lie because he doesn’t know the correct answer. He will also just not answer the phone knowing who is calling if he doesn’t have an answer. We know this because I called and no answer, so I had a friend call and he immediately answered and proceeded to say “I don’t need your advice”. They will allow contracts to expire, go back on promised things, and sell unfinished homes that need follow ups because they are unaware of what the builder will do.
