So far my experience with Tim Bush has been good. He gets back to me in a timely manner. He has just listed our house as of today. I'm hoping that it will be an experience without much stress. He seems to be helpful. So far I recommend Tim for your real estate needs.

Realtor sent video of home since I bought the home sight unseen (my fault.). Upon arriving to Maine and upon entering the house, noticed that all floors were uneven and sloping (upstairs and downstairs.). I now have a friend who has mobility issues living here who has fallen due to the severity of the problem. The realtor, although walking throughout the home never mentioned the sloping, bumpy, and uneven floors. I trusted that she had my best interest in mind, but should not have been so naive. Any money invested in this home is now wasted with a failing foundation.

Recently, my mother sold her house using this company, which assigned a mentor to assist a new employee. Unfortunately, this mentor not only failed to support the new hire effectively, leading to a difficult experience for my mother, but also contributed to my mother experiencing a heart attack due to the stress. Several critical requests from my mother, including specific contract terms and a post-signing grace period, were overlooked. This mentor, instead of ensuring a smooth process, criticized the new employee to their superior. I am deeply disappointed in the mentor's conduct, which seems to prioritize undermining others over providing genuine assistance. Their actions have led me to question the company's integrity and customer service standards.
