Very nice, apartments are very clean and the grounds are very welcome kept up.

Poor ownership and management. Maintenance is lacking. Stormwater system backs up and causes flooding regularly. Ownership and management hire cheap contractors to do paving and other projects half-assed. Snow removal isn't done very well and the staff dumps snow into ADA parking spaces.

My daughter and I are so happy here. Has what we are looking for and close to everything. She's happy... I'm happy. March 22nd 2021; This was our happy place til they started letting anyone live here! We got robbed by one of our neighbors and the landlords didn't care! They didn't do anything about it. I'm trying to find a better, more safe place. I do not feel comfortable here.

This is a bittersweet review! I have lived at Bradford Commons for almost 5 years due to circumstances beyond my control we have to move! Sadly this complex is going the way of low income! And a vile downstairs neighbor also helped! The apartments maybe a bit dated but when you live here it’s truly HOME! The management staff is unsurpassed Norma the property manager is one of a kind! Genuine caring and compassionate a true friend! Same can be said about Suzanne the leasing agent she since the day she showed me a unit has been a rock thru the ups and downs we can’t thank her enough! Kim the assistant property manager is also top notch! My family will sincerely miss living here!

I feel that the managers of this apartment complex are pretty careless and don't provide the type of service you need nor do they answer questions you ask I believe they're very lazy and inconsiderate managers
