The property is always impeccably clean and cared for. During the last bout of icy weather the sidewalks and parking area were treated before we woke up. If we have a issue with an appliance, our needs are met the same day.

Great location, quiet / freindly neighbors, and quick resolution to maintainance issues.

Ive lived in Newtown Place for over 20 years and I Absolutely love Newtown Place. I,Must admit The Office Manager Robin Is A Little Strict On The Appearance Of The Property but After visiting other apartment complexs Ive learned to appreciate coming home looking at a clean and orderly structure. Thanks Robin For Keeping Our Complex In Order. I know it isn't easy. But now I understand😊

Leasing an apartment here, has been the most pleasant and professional experience I’ve had in quite a long time. Robin, the Complex Manager, has been an absolute delight to work with. She has advised and counseled us on our move from our home to this wonderful community. Newtown Place has everything my wife and I could want, oh and our Dog Tess is very happy as well!

I have loved living in this complex for the 14 years I have been a resident. BET Investments bought the complex at the end of 2012 and since that time, things have been even better. The site management has always been very responsive, professional, kind and accommodating (a Huzzah! for Robin). The Maintenance Engineer gents have always addressed repair requests quickly and performed said repairs correctly the first time. They're cool dudes. The grounds always look very nice as lawn maintenance is performed regularly and thoroughly. The addition of the pool has been a hit with residents and especially their kids. Parking is abundant and when snow arrives, crews work all night, if necessary, to clear lots and pathways. The walking path is a great resource and is maintained well. I've had aro
