Dean was first of all honest in helping us sell our home. Trust is most important to us. With Dean we could text or call anytime with questions and he was right back to us. We were not in town for the open house and Dean came with a leaf blower and cleared the porch driveway and back patio without us even asking him to do that. The brochure he had made was perfect and the aerial and inside pictures were top notch professional! Having a professional photographer definitely was a plus in selling the house. He presented us all the offers and did not try to force us into the highest offer to make more commission. We went with the perfect growing family that we felt would appreciate the house the most. Moving after 30 years can be bittersweet and Dean knew that and respected our wishes.
