My experience with this mortgage company has been very disappointing. If possible, I would rate them below one star. When my loan was transferred to this company, I expected the same level of accuracy and service I had with my previous loan servicer, with whom I never had any issues. I make payments every two weeks consistently, though my pay dates vary, so I call in each payment rather than using automatic drafts. However, several of my payments have been misapplied. For example, I made my July payment at the end of June and specifically informed the representative that it should be applied toward my July balance. Despite this, it was applied to my principal instead. When I later made the remaining portion of the July payment, I believed my account was current, but on July 18 I received a

PLEASE READ !! OVER 15 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE....This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional lending experiences I’ve encountered. Over the course of attempting to sell the property, we lost two serious potential buyers due entirely to the company’s lack of communication, delayed responses, and failure to provide timely payoff statements or approvals. Despite repeated calls, emails, and escalation attempts, critical information was either delayed or not provided at all. What made this situation especially concerning is that the process appeared to be consistently redirected in the company’s favor, making it nearly impossible to move forward with a legitimate third-party sale. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. I talked to multiple people, no one took notes on the situation, I had to explain every detail, every trail of paperwork that I had, just for them to dump me to another employee because that wasn’t their area, then for them to leave things unresolved. This happened MULTIPLE TIMES! Getting paperwork from them is a nightmare, many employees are rude and not knowledgeable. If you have a choice, stay far far away!

These guys are total scammers!!! They rip you off on Escrow by taking to much money and keeping it there numbers dont add up and they refuse to let me take control of my escrow all they do is drag their feet. I sent them an extra $1,700 like an idiot because it kept trying to raise my mortgage and I added up all the numbers their numbers were way off somebody said I needed to send him another $800. The numbers don't add up they're taking way more money than they're supposed to and stealing it. And refused to let me take control of my own escrow meanwhile I'm talking to some high-profile YouTuber friend of mine and we're researching this and we're going to do a video on it hopefully it goes viral these guys are a bunch of Thieves do not do business with them.

The worst mortgage company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Im on time every month, they've screwed up my escrow account more than twice, the website never works. The ONLY way to talk to someone is to act as tho you want to refinance. Otherwise, its impossible to talk to anyone. They should be shut down immediately. They're a scam
