Seriously love this place! Everyone is so friendly and it’s quiet and clean here. I would recommend anyone needing an apt to come live here. Also Stephanie has been such a major help seriously adore her!

We’ve lived here for about 7 months, and it’s been one serious problem after another. When we first moved in, we had no hot water for weeks. Management didn’t believe us and told my family—including small children—to shower in a vacant apartment next door. Later, a sewage leak flooded our closet, and again we were told it wasn’t happening until I started posting reviews online. They finally fixed it but had to gut our entire closet right after we moved in. We’ve also had a window that won’t close properly, and every time we submit a maintenance ticket it takes months to get any response. Most recently, there was a terrible smell coming from our toilet. Management insisted nothing was wrong, but after multiple tickets and finally getting a plumber involved, it turned out to be a gas leak

Worst place to live ever. People stealing and opening items in the amazon hub/mailroom. They don't enforce their non smoking policy. You'll see dogs off the leash wandering around in the building. I was getting into the elevator and a dog not on leash jumped on me when the door opened. The owner barely help get his dog off me. People playing music and pool at 3 am. I can hear my neighbor's laptop reboot. The walls are cracking and elevator is broken at least once a month

I live near this building ive tried to contact management for about 2 weeks now with no luck they need to do some pest control around the dumpster there are mice and rats running in and out of the fence kine and tunneling holes along the fence . They have a 30-yard dumpster people are throwing trash in, there's trash, broken glass, miscellaneous garbage and debris all over the place, If you don't want to fix the problem then I'll contact the city and let them give you a citation.. These animals have already cost me $500 in damage to my car eating the wires in my engine compartment. Please maintain your property..... When you fix the issue then I will update this review...

As a resident I echo every single one of these 1 star reviews. I've lived in enough of these so-called "luxury apartments" to say that management here is terrible. The motorcycle one is infuriating. Leasing agents conveniently leave that detail out when motorcycles are clearly on campus?
