My close friend.. has a house here.. the locality is so beautiful and being surrounded by a lush green agricultural fields it is pleasant and refreshing. The experience is much more delightful with the Christhmas lights all around... Loved the place.

Great people and a great place to buy a home! Michele and Laura are amazing! If you can get in there to get a home I’d highly recommend it. We have been there a few months now and it’s definitely one of the best neighborhoods in the development. Once you are in your home James does a great job at making sure everything is perfect!

Very unresponsive. Even showed up to open model homes 45-50 mins before closing(2:15pm due to COVID times), stood in 105F heat for 15 mins while a staff member was 10-20ft away from usslowing chit-chatting with another couple, she completely ignored us, maybe because we were brown? We waited patiently until she finally approached us(now about 20-30 mins from close time). She informs us that they are closed when I tell her it’s only 235 and we have another 25 mins to view the property she said yeah sorry too close to closing. Wowww why not just say that earlier or tell us when we showed up 45 minutes before close. Insanely enough I’ve sent mutilple emails to get info, with no reply most times. Also no one picks up the phone either. They are terrible at customer service. The homes ar

Amazing waterfront community with beautiful homes , a community park and open access to the lakes. There are fish in the lake too! Park benches with awesome views and very nice neighbors. I love it here !
