Mossdale Landing Apartments

My wife doesn’t feel safe here. This place is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE when it comes to safety. They act like their private security protects you and your cars, but they only show up after your car has been broken into. They act like they have a fancy protected gate system, but the gates are ALWAYS left open all night. In the time that I’ve lived here, THREE cars have had their wheels stolen and TWO cars have had batteries stolen and every time it’s happened the gate was left open at night. This place has a serious security issue and doesn’t seem to care at all. They KEEP leaving the gate open and never have the private security coming around. They also have zero cameras. Here’s a picture of the gate open at 12:30 AM, and a picture of a car that got its wheels stolen.

Enjoyed the experience. Jasmine was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. A lot of new construction in the area. EDIT: Move in was pretty good. Definitely some issues with the apartment like small cracks or lots of dead bugs in the windows from construction I’m assuming. Staff seems to be responsive though.

I recently fell on hard times, and Daniel and Troy have gone above and beyond to help me through this difficult time. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism has been a silver lining in my cloudy situation.

There is a blue Chevy or a Mustang muscle car with lettuce in the back that say Car club Today I walked too close to “HIS BUILDING” He threatened me violently. These people need to be Evicted. Fear that people also steal the parts for the cars and take peoples tires that car club, but the staff in the Office office didn’t take me seriously I called the police today and I will continue to call the police until they removed. You do not tell somebody who lives here peacefully if they can’t walk anywhere near your building.
