Newman Village Apartments

Totally loved living here. Well kept. Quick response for maintenance issues. And super friendly office staff. Thank you Jordan, Olivia, and Anastasia, for always being courteous, professional, and attentive to all the things. And a special thanks to Don for the upkeep to all the things outside/inside the building. One of THE BEST places to live in Frisco!

Revised rating: Thank you to Jordan and the entire team here. They have taken all my requests and concerns and have address them satisfactorily. The maintenance team has been responsive too. Which is always great to have. The issues encountered thankfully were resolvable. And many that are not are documented so that on move out i will not be responsible for them. The addition of an on premises courtesy officer is great to have and i was very happy to hear we have one now. The office team is actively taking steps to fix several things around the property and thats great to see. I've only been here for a short time but can say some concerns before the courtesy officer are no longer a concern now. Myself and my husband had an amazing experience when we went to check out Newman Village. From day one, India Johnson, Jordan Nelson and Anastasia were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference. The apartment itself is beautiful, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. As a future resident, I will recommend Newman Village if you are in need of some peace and quiet and a place to call home.

I am coming up on my year of living here, and as a first-time renter, I loved this place. I toured and immediately wanted to rent! The staff are all kind and informative without making you feel funny for asking questions. The apartment complex itself is VERY clean and safe. I rarely feel worried about walking around. They do regular mopping inside the hallways and maintain a nice atmosphere outside. Apartment rooms are spacious with great flooring & appliances. The only thing that bugs me is the older fridge units, they're clonky but work! All the tenants I have met and those that live around me are respectful, quiet, and friendly. The pool is aesthetically pleasing and fun when kids aren't there, as it is small. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a sweet & SAFE place to stay!

I have been living at Newman for more than a year now. I have had an amazing experience. All staff Kim, Olivia, and Anastasia are very much cooperative. Here is what I see at Newman's premises: Cleanliness, well-maintained yards and pool, regular cleaning and mopping of the apartment alleyways, ample parking at all times, beautiful fountains, and last but not least peaceful and friendly neighbors. I also love multi-level covered garage with no extra fee. Though there is hardly any issues, whenever I submit a request for maintenance, they are prompt in fixing the issue. In addition to this, the location is very close to many restaurants, Target, Best Buy, Costco, and Dallas North Tollway. I am happy that I chose Newman after visiting several apartment buildings as possible options.
