Newberry Lofts on 6th

This is a hidden gem in the city. Lived here for two years and loved every minute. If I could pick up my apartment and move it to my new city, I would!

This is the best apartment I've stayed at in Cincinnati. The property manager is highly involved in maintaining a beautiful environment on every floor and in communicating with us. There is a cool outdoor deck and community room and the apartments are a esthetically pleasing. We are so excited to spend another summer living here. Last summer we would go for walks and there woulf always be a concert/fair happening around the corner.

Newberry Lofts has been the place I call home for over a year and a half now. I believe I was one of the first residents to move in back in 2016 and have been happy here ever since. It is conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati on 6th street next door to The Cincinnatian Hotel. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings and the finishings capture a moderate contemporary look. The Newberry community offers a one-stop shop for dry cleaning services, in unit laundry, a well-equipped fitness room, an event/game room, and a mid-level rooftop equipped with a grill and comfortable seating to host friends and family. By living on 6th street you are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, Fountain Square and even your office if you work downtown as I do. Additionally, G

I have lived in the Newberry Lofts for the past 4 years, and honestly the only reason I am moving is for a job. I have absolutely loved calling this place my home. The apartment space itself is unique and has a lot of charm, Mike and his team are incredibly responsive, and community that lives here is incredibly supportive. All within a reasonable price for living in the city (within walking distance to basically everything). I can't believe I got so lucky to find this place (during COVID), you should seriously consider making this place your home if you are in the market.

Great place to live in downtown Cincinnati! Fair rent prices, good amenities, clean apartments, and great, safe location. Mike is a great property manager too, and in general just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Newberry Lofts.
